Any idea who will be carring the LG Ally phone? No need for guessing. Its Verizon Wireless something which the LG folks forgot to mention in their press release. But that’s now taken care of by the carrier’s very own press release.
But first thing first, the pre-orders of the Android powered phone will start from tomorrow whereas the cell phone will be hitting the retail stores on 20th May. Before you get out of patience, here is what the device has in store for you.
Android 2.1, 3.2 inch touch screen, 3.2 MP camera with autoflash, Slide based keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1.
The phone also has a pre-installed image editor which is a pretty handy tool to have on your phone provided it is implemented the right way. LG Ally will cost you $99.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate.
