Samsung Champ running on Android 2.1 OS to come soon in India

Samsung will soon unleash its best of the lot in the Corby series. The new Samsung Champ mobile with Android 2.1 operating system, big touch screen color display is one touchscreen handset which is much awaited. It also recently received Wi-Fi certification for the b/g/n protocols and this will add to the features list. There aren’t any camera details but it will most probably offer a 3MP camera.Other specs include 3G HSDPA connectivity, Bluetooth, and GPS.



As of now, no official release date has been disclosed for the handset, but the Samsung Champ may come alongside the Samsung Galaxy 3 i5800/i5801 soon and will possibly sport a Rs. 12,000 price tag. The pictures of the handset are not out yet but it will certainly have full smartphone status.
