Here comes a new Android tablet from a Russian-based company Rover Computers, the RoverPad 3WZ10. Specs-wise, the device packs a 10-inch 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen display, a 1GHz ZT180 processor, a 256MB RAM, a 2GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, an accelerometer sensor, 1080p Full HD video playback support, WiFi, a mini-USB port, a 3.5mm headset jack, two built-in speakers and is pre-loaded with Android 2.1 OS.
